Hi, I earned 6 dollars through Salad and bought a virtual mastercard with 5 bucks on the balance.

I live in Ukraine, and no matter what site I try to spend money from this card, I fail. Are there any restrictions on spending with this card? If so, what are they?

Well you can pay with paypal almost everywhere, and are not restricted where those ecards could be if your unlucky

Again, that does nothing to help them with their issue. He already bought the Virtual Mastercard which you already know.
