How to delete formerly installed adware/PUP from my device -Altisik, RavVPN, Reason VPN - from the "Services" application [Windows 11]

Long story short, I downloaded some freeware that came with some bundled items along with it.

Unknowingly, after clicking thru the install prompts, a number of apps were installed on my laptop. I have all of the applications from running and deleted them using the windows uninstaller and using safe mode.

The only thing left to clear is the documentation of it’s presence in the Services application.

Here, I have the documentation of Altisik Application, Rav VPN, and Reason Security VPN Client on the Services application. I want to know how to completely remove all of it’s presence from my laptop.
