How do i check if something was installed on my pc if i cant see it on downloads

I Wasd trying to install something and there was stuff like rav vpn and a whole lot of other stuff that i clicked ok on after declining thinking that it was declining but it was accepting them after c;licking ok so how do i find/unistall these

Hello,

Run the Uninstall or change a program applet from the Control Panel (filename: APPWIZ.CPL), and sort by Installed On date to see the most newly installed programs.

Uninstall the ones you do not want on your computer.
