Hiii If you still wanna download on ios heres a how to:
~Change your ios account country to usa, but you need to have your mode of payment change if u wanna change your country, but i used a random one i got from a random address generator for usa ( Random Address In United States | Best Random Tools ), it includes literally everything you need for your no payment mode
~Change your nintendo account to usa also
~Download a vpn first (i used VPINIFY), dont activate it first wait until you already have the animal crossing app
~Once you have ACPC, activate the vpn.

Im from the Philippines too! If you’re using an apple gadget, go to the app store and change your location to Australia. You can change your location by tapping your profile on the home page. Then you can download animal crossing! 
Use VPN. You might need to log out of Google Playstore and log in again. Or search through Playstore WEBSITE with browser and download through that while on VPN. Both of them works.

Can you explain in details how you did it using App Store?? Also were you able to buy the plan after downloading the game?
They don’t have any plans releasing it there, sorry. Try NordVPN. That one works for Netflix so why not give it a shot?
Maybe you can try looking for a tutorial on YouTube?
