I have an iPad supplied that has a lot of restrictions on, no YouTube/ streaming videos at all and no air drop. I managed to get a VPN working for a bit and could watch YouTube and stuff although then it stopped working, whenever I try and install a VPN, I never get a message saying add configuration. It’s got device management on if that impacts it. I’d just like to be able to get one on so I can watch YouTube on it. Thanks
Presuming it’s a company or school owned device, and not a personal device you own, you basically can’t.
The mobile device management software from your company or school will block it and they likely have rules that don’t allow you to install any non-approved apps
