Hi, i’m trying use expressVPN (with a US server) with paramount+ on my firestick (i’m in italy).
On my macbook, when I run the VPN and connect through the browser to paramont+, everything’s fine.
If I run the VPN on my firestick, download the Paramont+ from the app store and run it, I got the message “Your region is not supported. We detect you’re in the US”.
How can I fix it?
Try change the protocol to lightway udp and try different us servers, should work
did you find a fix to this?
I’m from Italy too, I use OVPN and since this weekend on androidtv I have the same problem. It works on other devices for now
I’m in Canada, I have express vpn, and I still can’t get certain shows/movies I want. I tried the android apk. In order to be able to use the download, I have to subscribe in that country (US), ok, I figure get the trial then cancel. I can’t do that either because my payment is from Canadian cards. How in the heck can I get to watch shows or movies I want? I’m trying to figure out a backdoor, but I’m nowhere near savvy enough to fart around with it and come up through the floorboards. Help?!
Is still working from Italy ? Starting from the past week I cannot watch any game of serie A (chrome, fire tv and ios app): other contents are available (both vod and live) but can’t play serie a. I am using nord vpn and everything was working fine until one week ago.
I am pretty sure they’re specifically blocking VPN users on streaming serie A but I would like to understand if it is only my problem or not and if with express VPN is working
Another Serie A lover in Italy. I’m using windscribe and Paramount+ seems to be detecting every VPN i have tried.

Enable Aptoide to install third party apps in developer options.
After, switch your VPN to America and search for Paramount+ on Aptoide. Download the app, log in with a US account, and it should work.
Nope, it doesn’t work. I’ve switched to lightway UDP, tried several US server but i stil get the error message…maybe it’a a problem related to my Amazon account that is in Italy?

Same problem here (from Italy). It’s still working on PC (via browser and vpn), but it no longer works on firestick. The app lets me log in but when I try to start the streaming (for example a Serie A match), the blu loading wheel keeps spinning.
I’ve tried both Paramount app for Android and AndroidTV (both US version), but they are no longer working.
Yeah me too. I Guess they are banning VPN from Italy Just for the football match (sometimes Europa League works)
With Express VPN by switching from server to server works most of the time
Dude you rock! This worked for me in Canada. Thank you. I was struggling all day to get this to work. I even signed up through Walmart+ and was bummed it wouldn’t work. This was worked 100% on my phone. Now to get it on the firestick.
