connect to vpn (I used proton with netherlands)
use ctrl+shift+r to refresh
after refreshing the version should be 1.0.45.2.0
then login
try multiple times if it doesn’t work, try different vpns, browsers and devices
just try different servers till the website shows the version

Almost guaranteed method with urbanvpn:
Step-1: Go to JEE(Main) City Imitation Website
Step-2: Download UrbanVPN (for firefox) / UrbanVPN (for chromium based browsers), and connect to the first country (probably Algeria) and refresh the imitation website, if you don’t get version 1.0.45.2.0 (looks different than other versions as shown in the post), just connect to a different country just below Algeria and refresh again, if you don’t get it again, just connect to the next country just below previously connected, go through them one by one.
Each IP Address requests a unique version when connected to UrbanVPN, so don’t bother refreshing the page again and again without changing country.
Step-3: After you find ver. 1.0.45.2.0, just enter your details and login.
