ExpressVPN not connecting through Wifi

I am using ExpressVPN for more than 2 years and it was working perfectly. From day before yesterday, it has some connection issues, when I connect VPN with wifi. It is getting connected through mobile data, but not connecting through wifi. I tried connecting through other phones and TV. But not connecting. Even I complained through customer care, and they too can’t help me. They are saying, they didnt face this issue yet, and so they can’t help me!! It is not the router issue or country block, because, I tried other VPN, which is working perfectly through wifi. I am staying in Oman, I need to connect to India server. When I contacted the customer care, they told to connect, USA - Santamonica, Japan - Yokohama, USA - Los Angels - 5 servers, and it is getting connected. But India and other servers are not connecting. I told them, if this is the issue, then it is your server issue, which they are not accepting!! Do anybody face like this before? Please help.

You are a little vague on details. For example, you don’t mention what you are using the VPN on? Is it a streaming service, just PC, or what? No matter what you are attempting to use the VPN on, uninstall the app, and reinstall it on your desired device. If this continues, perhaps contact you internet provider.

That tells me that perhaps your internet provider is blocking the use of the VPN.
Have you tried an alternate VPN service, perhaps a free trial to Nord, or Shark, or Proton, etc. Most, if not all, offer a 30 day money back guarantee, or at least a 7 day trial, no risk to you trial. If another service ends up doing same or similar, I would assume it is on the your internet providers shoulders. Also if it is for TV, perhaps try an Amazon FireStick, Google Chromecast/Streamer device, or Roku.
