I normally use a vpn at times, but whenever I ask ChatGPT a question. It says the following:
“Something went wrong. You may be connected to a disallowed ISP. If you are using VPN, try disabling it. Otherwise try a different Wi-Fi network or data connection.”
It’s no issue at home, but at work (not trying to dox myself), but I work in an Amazon warehouse. Which has internet that also seems to not work with ChatGPT both with and without VPN. Any solutions please?
I’ve gotten kicked off quite a few times from both ChatGPT and Claude for using a VPN. It’s very frustrating. So yes, can definitely be the case that it’s because of the VPN.
Can try out a different VPN maybe. Or a service that doesn’t block VPNs, I use ChatGPT on NanoGPT sometimes which is pay per prompt (no subscription) and is big on privacy, so they definitely don’t block for using VPN.
