да, тут видимо дело именно в необходимости VPN, говорю как пользователь GoodbyeDPI/Zapret, у которого тоже не работает это видео
на ютубе если найдена песня в видео, судя по всему, оно блокируется в регионах, где эта песня запрещена для продажи. соответственно часто попадаются под блокировку именно Россия и Беларусь из-за нынешней обстановки. когда выкладываю видео на ютуб, самому часто попадается эта проблема (к счастью сам-то я могу смотреть своё видео, но всё же)
