CyberGhost Android API error 7th January

UPDATE: Thank you for your patience while we hunted down the bug. After a thorough investigation, we identified an issue with one of our Android API certificates that stopped users from logging in successfully. This issue is now resolved. If it’s not immediately fixed for you, just restart your application and log back in

We’re aware of an API Connection issue currently impacting our Android users. We’re investigating and will report back as soon as possible!

Same here currently in the indo-pacific region seems like it’s a internal networking problem on their servers/switches. I wouldn’t know where the exact fault is located.

Problem solved, it started working for me. All android devices connected successfully.

Ne fonctionne toujours pas pour moi en Belgique, app désinstallé et réinstallé tout redémarrer et toujours erreur api.

Is this still happening? Can’t access anything on the app

For me it isnt working on Windows as well.

I am from the Middle East! I am wondering from where are others in this comment section accessing Cyberghoast? Is this a region specific or worldwide issue?

Finally it’s connected!

Still not working for me. Have uninstalled and installed again, restarted phone in between, still no change. Service is unreachable.

Edit: It works when I connect via an iPhone hotspot only. Doesn’t work on WiFi.

A minha ainda não funciona na box android nos restantes dispositivos está operacional, porque será que não funciona na box??? Ja reiniciei a box, Já desinstalei a vpn, reiniciei a box e voltei a instalar a vpn, conforme sugerido pelo suporte da cyberghost mas o problema persiste, existe outra solução para resolver este problema que surgiu de um momento para o outro🤷‍♂️
