Hi everyone, I’m one of the newer JP players who have migrated from the global shut-down version, and ran into a very upsetting problem this evening.
I kept having the “connecting” word on the top right of my screen every 2 seconds when I tried to click onto something. Sometimes it got so unbearable, that even if I wasn’t clicking on something it would constantly say connecting for up to a minute or two while I’m stuck on the same page!
It was absolutely soul-destroying, as I am lonely and seek the virtual world of princess connect to stop me feeling isolated, and to find this problem this evening completely upset me to the point that I even contemplated quitting because it was non-stop for about an hour.
I decided to do something else for a while to see if it was just a temporary problem, but it was still there when I logged back in again about fifty minutes later. Has anyone else had this kind of problem before?
I’m hoping it’s just a temporary problem because sometimes I seek gaming to stop feeling sadness and despair and to have that taken from me is very painful indeed 
. Does anyone know anything at all that can help me? Sincerely, a long-standing fan of priconne.
If you’re playing on PC, consider Ethernet, it’s far more stable than wireless
If you’re playing on mobile, ensure you are close enough to the WiFi router. 5ghz is preferred, but not a requirement, although pretty much all modern day smartphones have 5ghz connectivity.
If you’re playing with a VPN, ensure the speed of it is good. Anything in the 3 digits is usually quite slow, perhaps consider going for a different software package. I use Urban VPN, I get around 70ms when connected to Ireland which works for DMM Priconne.

What device you use this only happend to me when open the event menu and only is more seconds my device is android with 2 gb of ram and on a 5ghz wifi if you use a vpn maybe that is the problem

Unless everyone is talking about it (Cygames’ servers acting weird is something that happens once in a while but they’re usually pretty quick to address it), that suggests it’s your connection. If it’s not your router or VPN (if you’re using one), it’s probably your ISP/carrier.
That sounds like a flakey Internet connection. Are you on a VPN when this is happening? At least for the DMM version of the game you can turn off your VPN after you get the UAC popup from Windows. The game itself isn’t actually doing the check.
I use blue stacks for pc but didn’t have this problem until yesterday and it’s still happening even now

I’m using qooapp for android blue stacks and I’m not on a VPN, I didn’t need it for the first couple of days I played this game, so I don’t understand why it would be a problem now.

I stopped using Bluestacks myself because it caused everything to lag and stutter. Unfortunately I think priconne only works on bluestacks if using an emulator. However I would strongly advice you to use dmm version on pc. You only need the a vpn for dmm (which can be closed after the game launch) so a free vpn with server in jp would suffice. Then the game itself would run a lot better with a pc client instead of any emulator. Also pc client can use the translation mod so game will be mostly in english.
