I have a new Mac and i can’t connect to the VPN con anyconnect, someone knows if i have do previously configuration or something like that, is my first time with this OS, i always used windows.
If your MacOS is Big Sur, download the latest Anyconnect from Cisco’s website. Thats what I did and it worked.
Assuming you are one MacOS Big Sur, you need the newest 4.9 release of AnyConnect. As for the configuration, probably noone here can help you with the info available
Can confirm the other comments, contact whomever administers your organization’s remote security, and let them know that you have a Mac running big sur, and need at least AnyConnect 4.9 MR4. The team managing the VPN should be able to download the files from Cisco’s website
You can also receive AnyConnect by opening a web browser and opening the firewall’s public IP (the address you VPN to) and logging in there.
I still had to manually edit a config file to get it to work on my mac running big sur.
Ok thanks so much, you know where i could download this version free?
You need to have a ASA/FP with an Anyconnect Plus/Apex license to get download access to Anyconnect 4 clients. Besides the PKG versions of the client, that you have to download from the ASA/FP itself, there are also pre-deploy DMG file available from Cisco that you can install directly
You cant, you need the VPN provider to deploy it first to the ASA and then can you download it
We are not; they haven’t shared a version in the original problem description
