Can’t connect at all on iPhone anymore

When I got this vpn it was great. Everything worked really well and as it should. Now this past week I can’t connect at all. I’m not sure what the problem is. We really need error messages or something because I have nothing to go on. It works fine on my PC just not on my phone. Not on mobile data or wifi. I have tried restarting my phone and even deleted the vpn configuration. Tried all 3 protocols and still nothing.

Edit: As soon as I made this post it signed me out and made me log back in. Now it connects. Not sure how long it will be fine for but we seriously need some feedback when errors happen.

Happened to me, had me log out and back in but only after days of it not working. Just confirming that the logout/login fixes it

Japam streaming stopped working last night

Mine doesn’t load at all. I can’t log in. I can’t log out. It’s forever loading as soon as I open the app. I deleted the app and redownloaded it. It’s not my internet because this has been going ok for days now. I’ve been to different friends houses, still doesn’t connect.

I tried logging back in from safari and it didn’t work. Does anyone else have any suggestions?

Change the protocol to WireGuard in settings. Worked great for me

Thank you! This was driving me crazy… logout/login fixed it.

Not sure but logging out and back in seemed to fix it for now. I’ve been using it all day with no issues

Just deleted and re-downloaded, works now

Had to redownload it for a 3rd time. Weird
