my in built vpn only works at home, and it wont work at school, anyway to bypass it?
If you are connected to an internal school network your connection probably goes through the school’s firewall.
Most firewalls have rules that block specific sites, in school that would usually be facebook, porn sites, gaming sites etc, but you also have more strict firewalls that block everything unknown in which case you would have to get the IT department to approve the connection and add it to the exceptions.
If you want to get around this you’ll need to either connect to another network in school, find a hole in the firewall you can exploit (for example back in the day we could just use “translate” on a site to show it anyway) or get the connection added by the people in charge of the network.
If the school network firewall isn’t configured to block by default, it might be that the firewall hooked up to your VPN is blocking all traffic other than your own computer, you might want to check those settings too.

Schools can block VPNs in several ways. Probably the easiest would be to block the standard ports used for VPN connections. Some VPNs will allow connections on port 80, which is generally open. If possible, try changing the port.
Yes, they can block the VPN server IP. However there is no way to block completely all VPN servers.
You can try changing the VPN server. If they are all blocked, try a different VPN service.
Well the reason was that I was gonna play a game at school, but it’s blocked so I thought of using a vpn, but i think free vpn service wont work
