When BitDefender detects false positives and it gets quarantined, I go to restore it but can’t copy paste it in other places. As if BitDefender has something higher than my admin permissions.
Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
Is there a solution to this? I still have this issue.
Edit: Nevermind, I managed to fix this. Add all excpetions to the files you want to change, then restart your PC. Seems like Bitdefender has some temporary role permissions saved during runtime that you cannot change.
Only thing that worked for me with my Bitdefender issues was uninstall and use Windows Defender. Sorry I can’t be of more help. Bitdefender was really good for the first decade it was out then I don’t know what happened. Lots of “quality of life” issues that became too much.

It would be worth submitting the file to Bitdefender for analysis as a false positive. Once confirmed, signature databases will be updated to prevent it from being re-detected.
Regarding permissions, every antivirus operates with the highest administrator account permissions. This is done to ensure, Bitdefender can access any file and block a malicious application or service.

We already get flooded with useless articles from bitdefender in the search engines, there is really no need to post it here too.
Bitdefender has more than one client and that article shows only one of them, which is not helpful at all. It also says nothing about the problem in question, if you were to read it yourself.
I’m forced to use Bitdefender Endpoint Security which UIs sucks and is 100% machine translated and I have the exact issue.
