Proton is a good one. Free version only allows for 3 servers.

Paid version is 10x better tho

You can use Orbot as a VPN, or use tor browser for just browsing

I think if I ever started to consider connecting to some random free VPN, I’d cut my own hands off to prevent it. Pay or run your own. Those are the only options, and I only consider the “pay” option to be half a joke.
