Best Antivurs + VPN + Password Manager Combo?

They dont have to come as a bundle. For example, BitDefener offers packages/bundles that include all of that, but Ive read that their vpn is not that great.

So mayble I was thinking on purchase for a Bitdefender package (not including unlimited vpn), plus paying for nordvpn, and using BitWarden Free as my password manager.

I know that nordvpn also offers a password manager service, called nordpass, but maybe bitwarden free is enough.

Also, I know all this depends on the user’s internet activity. I personally would like to use vpn, for public networks (airports for example) but also for streaming services.

Im thinking on Bitdefender Total Security, NordVPN Standard, and Bitwarden Free

Password manager: Bitwarden
VPN: Proton (the free version is pretty good too)
AV: I can say that Kaspersky, bitdefender and ESET have been my overall favourites for both detection, customisation and performance. If you don’t want to spend money on a AV, go for Kaspersky Free or Bitdefender Free. Both are amazing. Personally, scan wise I’ve had better experience with Kaspersky but they all are great. Been switching between Kaspersky and bitdefender for years, just testing them out and both are great. Windows defender as of now is really good too as long as you are aware of what you are doing and downloading. Currently using Kaspersky free and for now I don’t see point in the paid version, and malwarebytes as a second opinion scan (completely optional, but just have it around just in case).

I‘m running Bitdefender, Bitwarden and ProtonVPN, can recommend!

Surfshark one, AV, VPN
Bitwarden

AV- Kaspersky or Eset
PW Manager- 1Password
VPN- Mullvad

Password Manager: Bitwarden 1st and 2ndary would be 1Password. 1Passwords UI is better but i like bitwarden overall better but both are great. Bitwarden is cheaper.

AV: Kaspersky or Bitdefender. If you don’t need a lot of licenses i would go with kaspersky. If you search you can find good deals on bitdefenders family pack

VPN: I know its not the very best but nordvpn is good enough for me. Its cheap enough and fits my needs. Mullvad is better but cost more. Don’t use PIA. I used it in the past and it was horrible.

The VPN combo of antiviruses are usually bad. My suggestion is to go for separate specialized products.

Antivirus: go with either Kaspersky or Bitdefender. Both are great. Eset is also a great choice I had installed Eset on my old laptop it doesn’t feel heavy on the system. If you are on a tight budget and can’t pay a premium you can live with free plans of Kaspersky and Bitdefender. Windows Defender is not that bad, you can survive with it.

Vpn: Nord and Surfshark are great options. If you want a free one go for Proton VPN they have free 3 regions Netherlands japan and the USA. The only drawback is that the free version might be crowded and the speed can be low. I have a 150 Mbps broadband plan on the free Netherlands server my speeds got reduced to around 80-90 Mbps not bad considering I am paying nothing for it. P2P or torrent download is not supported on free.

Password manager: bitwarden is a great choice. Even the free version has almost all the features. Has great sync you just upload a password on pc it will be available on the phone instantly ( seems like a must-have feature believe me there are some services that have issues with instant sync). Layout may seem like it needs some work but you can live with it. If you have an issue with sync through their cloud and need a secure one go for Keepass. It’s open source (bitwarden too) and will only be stored in a device don’t worry it will be encrypted. You can sync the file with your own trusted cloud services manually or you can just copy the file to another device with a keypass and access the file there. Keepass feels like a lot of work but for people who want to avoid company servers the best option. 1 password has a great layout and if you are taking it you have to go for the premium version.

Hope this helps

you know Kaspersky is Russian owned, right?

Are you running all 3 simultaneously?

Currently still staying strong with what I said in the post I linked and in short, kaspersky is still a really great product but for my own privacy sake, being part of the Baltic States, I like to stay with Bitdefender.
