So, I understand they can view the website I visit through the DNS queries made but not the specific website page I visit if I’m on a HTTPS website? Is it correct? Can ISPs decode HTTPS traffic? If so, how? How do they get my private key which is specific to my computer?

Well, whenever you connect to the internet, ANYONE can see your IP Address when you connect to this site or that shady side.
