For those recommending Proton VPN, here are the limitations:

I tried a few free ones on my iPhone, but they were either too slow or felt sketchy. I switched to VPN Cheap, and it’s been very good, not just for browsing but also for streaming and keeping my data private

The only VPN I’ve ever trusted that was free was proton VPN, same company as proton mail. Their whole thing is privacy, I don’t think you’ll get any closer with any other companies that have a free service. Downside is that the free VPN locations that proton offers are limited.

Yes, if you want to use a free VPN then, you can use ProtonVPN. This is a free VPN app for iPhone. The performance of this VPN is very good as compared to other best iPhone VPN apps.

If you have EMS you should be able to export the logs from the client.

Chances are, either:

  • They have 3Mb upload and their spouse just got home and pushed all of their photos to iCloud, saturating their upload and causing packet drops leading to disconnect.
  • Their router was built in 2008 and they only have 2.4GHz wifi. And are at the fringes of their range. And in-between is the fridge, the microwave, a 2.4 cordless landline. Also they have wifi security cameras and doorbells.
  • Both.

WFH experience depends heavily on wifi performance, upload capacity, etc. And yet cable companies still get to claim 3Mbps upload as “high-speed”. And also they have complete monopolies on towns and apartment complexes.

I have also tried proton VPN, but After more than a month of paying the indicated fee for renewing my subscription – as an indicated option (bank transfer) - Proton is engaging in fraudulent invoicing, systematically increasing the amount to pay, from 51.15€ to 146.24€. In a latest message they flatly refuse to activate my account or reimburse my payment.
This is a brazen imposture and fraud, violating their own general terms, drowning in false and contradictory statements.

Personally I still use free ones for playing games (warzone mobile) so unless this is a privacy thing (which vpns dont do shit lmao) I wouldn’t only place I recommend a paid one is onion sites just incase. (but if your doing illegal shit I wouldn’t because your connection would be the first to be cracked by the fbi since you have a vpn)
