I would setup a standard openvpn server on your modern pc or something like a raspberry pi if you have one laying around and use the official openvpn client to connect to it from xp. It’s quite useful to have one even outside of gaming.

Maybe one of your mates that you’re playing with could setup the server for all of you to connec to or if not It’s probably possible to setup an openvpn server on xp but I’ve never tried.

look for any vpn that lets you connect with openvpn client
