Alternative than a VPN

We have business in another country and are trying to figure out a solution for the users to access the company. Currently there is company equipment but not enough to pass around and we do not want users to install the VPN software on their personal devices due to security issues.

VDI is not viable atm, I was browsing around and seeing for alternatives but do not have any experience in these alternatives, one that seemed highly after some reading/research is Silo.

Does anyone have personal experience with such alternatives and give me some ideas of how secure they are?

Zero trust with MFA, something like ZScaler or others.

What about Remote Desktop Services?

Ipsec server in your office, and use the built-in Ipsec client in Windows?

Are you talking about RDP? We do not have enough equipment to go around.

No, I’m talking about Remote Desktop Services using Session Hosts instead of VDI. It works out to be a much cheaper option and gives much of the same functionality.

I’ll take a look into it, thank you!
